It dos seem a bit slow to me as well. but you do need to move quite a 
bit, and if you are not right on time, you can turn the entire set into 
a train wreck very quickly. That video appears to be a demo performance, 
so they may have slowed it down a bit in order to be sure to avoid mistakes.
