In MWSD singing calls, the figures and the breaks are each 64 beats.   
Done as opening break, heads, heads, middle break, sides, sides,  
closer this is 7 times 64 beats for a total of about 3 1/2 minutes at  
128 beats per minute.

One could do more research by obtaining the CD Shindig In The Barn:  
Singing Squares by Ralph Sweet’s All-Stars (which I own and enjoy) and
