For those who were trying to email me off list but wound up posting to the
list, here's how you send an email to just one person rather than everyone:

1. Click "Reply" in the original email

2. In your Reply email, click the option to "Reply to All"

3. Edit the "To" list to remove "callers at sharedweight.com" and leave just
the email address of the individual


If you don't have an obvious "Reply to All" option in step 2. Go back to
step 1 and look around for a "Reply to All" option there. It may be a button
or under a menu somewhere depending on what email client you are using.
